Manyrun TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

   By creating a new user account on the Manyrun website (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with creating a new user account.

2. DEFINITIONS
   • "Manyrun" refers to the web service providing centralized management for Manyrun API activities.
   • "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Manyrun Service.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

   To access and use the Manyrun Service, users are required to register for an account. Each user must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.    • Manyrun defines different roles, including but not limited to STAFF_ADMIN, SUPER ADMINISTRATOR, STAFF_USER, ADMINISTRATOR, CUST_ADMIN, and CUST_USER. Each role has specific access and permissions as described in the service documentation.
5. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION

   If applicable, Users agree to pay any fees associated with their use of the Manyrun Service as outlined in the pricing and subscription terms.

6. API KEY MANAGEMENT

   Users are responsible for managing their API keys securely. API keys should not be shared with unauthorized individuals. Manyrun provides a page for the input of API keys, accessible to the relevant roles.

7. FILE AND URL ANALYSIS

   Manyrun allows Users to utilize the Manyrun API for file and URL analysis. Users are responsible for complying with Manyrun's terms of service and respecting applicable laws and regulations.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY

   Manyrun is committed to protecting user privacy and data security. The collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Manyrun is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Service.
